Our Visionary Hall of Honor gives recognition to all those joining our
Visionary Society by donating $1,000 or more per year to this annual appeal
highlighted by a
dinner honoring the Monsignor Paul M. Lackner Person of
Vision Award winner each spring. The first person to receive this honor from
Blind and Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh was Pittsburgher Carol R.
Brown, a well-known visionary and the first President of the Pittsburgh Cultural
Trust. All contributors to this society receive complimentary tickets to this
dinner. Recognition is also given by inscribing each donor's name on a
plaque which is displayed in our agency's lobby.
