The College Prep Program is designed for college bound students who have completed their junior year of high school. The students will divide their days between instruction in personal skills for independent dorm living, and computer assessment, internet, and typical student computer usage.

Organizational, personal management and mobility skills will be emphasized. Self-advocacy will be addressed. Ability in the use of access technology as well as any current equipment will be assessed. Simulated student experiences will include lectures, note taking, research and test taking.

Dormitories, classrooms, dining room and medical services are provided in the Rehabilitation Center which is located in the small, Pittsburgh suburb of Homestead. This program has a limit of twelve students.
