Public awareness of BVRS programs and services are promoted through media outreach, advertisements, news stories, presentations, and agency publications. State, national, and international client recruiting also falls under this program.

Recruiting
BVRS accepts clients from across the street and across the nation. The Marketing and Public Relations Department disseminates information and agency material to rehabilitation counselors and potential clients from other states and countries. Literature
BVRS publishes an annual report, bi-annual newsletters, agency program brochures, program flyers, and material on eye diseases. This literature can be found on the Website,  and is available upon request. A number of publications are also available in Braille, CD and audiotape.
